i created this list in learning that there was no one main place to go for what can be google search upon google search of support for coping with pet bereavement. i didn't want others to have to work so hard to find what i found, so i began to document what helped me most and felt useful to me in sifting through my grief for my dog, ville. please pass a link to this page along anytime you think of someone who may need just what this list offers.

also, a lot of this is relevant to general grief tied to death and thus loss of people, jobs or careers, circumstances and situations, etc., so it's thankfully a bit multi-purpose in a helpful way.
